Once the product or its box have been opened we are not able to accept it as a return. If you would like to return a product please email our team miniprettykr@gmail.com and our team will be in touch with return information.

Return & Refund policy

If you've changed your mind about keeping your purchase, please return it within 30 days in its original condition (unopened) with proof of purchase. We'll exchange or refund it, as long as it meets our terms and conditions. You are responsible for the cost of returning your purchase.

What can't be returned

• Purchases received over 30 days ago

• Products you’ve opened or unsealed

• Products without the original packaging or labels

• Products damaged by you

• Products that can’t be returned for hygiene reasons:

  • Personal care products including makeup brushes, comb brushes, sponges and massage tool

If you return products which are outside our returns policy or if you don’t have proof of purchase, we’re unable to process a refund or exchange. So please keep your order confirmation.

How you'll be refunded

You’ll receive a refund within 10 working days of returning the product. The total refunded amount will include a deduction for the original cost of shipping the products to you.
